Dawn Bohls Lanier, a lifelong Austin resident, has always embraced a core belief of service to others. Dawn's former career in real estate investments and development provided years of experience assisting with various real estate transactions. Her career began in banking, working specifically in real estate lending. She later worked for two prominent real estate investors and developers, managing their transactions, office staff, and properties. She was also employed by Texas' largest landlord, John Byram, where she served as the Legal Coordinator at Byram Properties.

 

Dawn utilizes this extensive experience to guide her clients through every step of the buying or selling process. Her ability to understand and explain transactions, along with her strong negotiation skills and calm demeanor under pressure, ensures her clients receive exceptional service.

 

From her first year in real estate, Dawn's performance and client dedication have earned her numerous referrals and a consistent place in the Million Dollar a Month Club.
